Minutes to decimal hours
Divide the minutes by 60. The most used values are: 15 min = 0.25 h, 30 min = 0.5 h, 45 min = 0.75 h, 10 min = 0.1667 h and 20 min = 0.3333 h. To go back, multiply the decimal part by 60: 0.6 h × 60 = 36 minutes.
Why months and years are averages
Months have 28 to 31 days, so the converter uses the average Gregorian month (30.436875 days) and year (365.2425 days). For an exact number of days between two dates, use the days from today calculator instead.
