Subtract the earlier date from the later one. By default the start date is not counted (1 March to 2 March is 1 day). Tick “Include the end date” to count both days, which adds one day — useful for hotel nights versus holiday days.

How the days are counted
The calculator counts the days you have to move forward from the start date to reach the end date. From Monday to Friday of the same week is 4 days; including the end date makes it 5. Leap years and month lengths are handled automatically.
Business days between two dates
Business days are Monday to Friday. A full year has about 260–262 weekdays, and after public holidays most countries have roughly 250 working days a year. Holidays are not subtracted here because they differ by country and region.
Weeks between two dates
Divide the days by 7. 100 days is 14 weeks and 2 days. Pregnancy, project plans and training programmes are usually counted in weeks.
