Title case rules

Most style guides capitalise the first and last word and all “important” words (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs). Short articles, conjunctions and prepositions such as a, an, the, and, but, or, for, of, in, to stay lowercase unless they start the title. The converter follows this rule. Is “and” capitalised in a title? Normally not, unless it is the first word.
